2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Standard Packages: Free cancellation up to 14 days before departure
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7-13 days before departure
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before departure
• Luxury Packages: Free cancellation up to 21 days before departure
• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method
• No-shows are non-refundable under any circumstances

3. Changes and Modifications

If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as early as possible:

• Changes made 14+ days before departure are free of charge (subject to availability)
• Changes made 7-13 days before departure incur a $50 administrative fee
• Changes made less than 7 days before departure may not be possible
• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances
• In case of significant changes, you will be offered alternative dates or a full refund

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents:

• A valid passport with at least 6 months validity from your return date
• Appropriate visas for your destination countries
• Travel insurance (strongly recommended for all travelers)
• Vaccination certificates if required by the destination
• MyTravkko is not responsible for denied entry due to missing documentation

5. Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. Please note the following:

• You must inform us of any medical conditions or special needs before booking
• Some tours may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions
• We recommend consulting your doctor before traveling, especially to remote destinations
• MyTravkko follows all local health and safety guidelines at our destinations
• In case of emergency, local medical facilities will be contacted immediately

6. Liability and Limitations

MyTravkko acts as a travel agency and tour operator. Our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by weather, natural disasters, or political unrest
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour package
• Third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.) have their own terms and limitations
• We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for full protection
